Mansons Hall Short-term Rentals

Individuals and organizations that are current members of the SCCA may rent the Main Public Hall or the Pioneer Room for events.

  • Main Hall: A multi-purpose space ideal for events of all kinds including celebrations, dances, workshops, theatre productions, children’s programming, fitness classes and meetings. It offers a variety of amenities including a stage with lighting, an LCD projector, a professional sound system with mixing boards and microphones, tables and chairs, and a piano. Sound technicians are also available. Main Hall rentals include the use of the Hall Kitchen which has a fridge, stove, mugs and glassware, plates, bowls and cutlery. For access to a full-service kitchen, the larger Cafe Kitchen can be rented alongside the Main Hall. 
    • SIZE: 26’x50’ of floor space with 10’x26’ of stage space.
    • FEE: $25.00 per hour with a maximum of $150/day.
  • Pioneer Room: This room has 24’x26′ of floor space. The rental fee is $15.00 per hour with a maximum of $80/day.
  • Om Studio: this room has 24’x26′ of floor space. The rental fee is $20.00 per 2 hours (minimum 2 hours) with a maximum of $60/day.
  • Cafe Kitchen: $20 per hour with a maximum of $100 a day.
  • Hall Kitchen (only): $10 per hour with a maximum of $60 day.

*Ongoing weekly rentals that run 3 months or longer, between September 15 –
June 15 are discounted 50%.

*Ongoing rentals that are summer only do not qualify for discounted rates.

Equipment Rentals

SCCA Members renting at Manson’s Hall for an event, may also rent equipment. The SCCA can provide the following:

  • a Sound System including mixing board and microphones at $30-$45 per event. Sound technicians are also available.
  • an LCD projector at $25.00 per event. Projectionists are also available.
  • a piano, which is $30.00 per event.
