Please note: Wedding packages differ from standard community hall rental rates. Website hall pricing applies to non-wedding and community bookings only.
Island Elopement $2000
A simple and meaningful option for intimate ceremonies or vow renewals.
Includes:
* Up to 8 hours of use (hall or field).
* Up to 40 outdoor chairs.
* Simple decor.
* Sound System.
Ideal for:
* Small, intimate gatherings.
* Couples wanting something beautiful but simple.
* Vow renewals or weekday ceremonies.
Optional Add-On:
* Off-site ceremony coordination – $1,500
Celebration Package
$3,500
A full-day wedding experience for couples who want a supported, joyful celebration.
Includes:
* Full-day use of hall or field 24 hours.
* Tables & chairs, indoors and outdoors on site.
* Two days commercial kitchen access in main facility.
* All 80 chairs, table clothes, napkins, tables, dish wear, glasses etc.
* Simple decor.
Ideal for:
* Mid-sized weddings.
* Couples hosting both ceremony and reception.
* Couples wanting hands-on support without full weekend acess.
Optional Add-On:
* Off-site ceremony coordination- $1,500
The Full Wedding Experience $5,000
A complete, stress-free wedding weekend for destination and full-service weddings.
Includes:
* Exclusive 3-day access (setup, rehersal, wedding & Takedown).
* All 80 chairs, table clothes, tables, dish wear, glasses.
* Access to both kitchens, pioneer room and Om studio.
Idea for:
* Destination weddings.
* Larger guest counts.
* Couples wanting full support and minimal stress.
Optional Add-On:
* Off-site ceremony coordination – $1,500
Weather Backup/Hall Hold $1,000
A simple peace-of-mind option for couples planning an outdoor wedding who want to secure indoor backup.
Includes:
* Hall reserved exclusively as a weather backup.
* Day-of access only.
* Full-day commercial kitchen access.
Please note:
* No decor setup or styling.
* No planning or coordination.
* Hall opened only if weather requires, extra fee $500.
Optional upgrades (if used):
* Kitchen access.
* Additional outdoor tables and chairs.
* On-site coordination.
